Participation Fees:
€90 per dancer for first classical variation or contemporary piece.
€75 for each additional classical variation or contemporary piece.
Payment possible via PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card or bank wire.

Open to dancers ages 9 – 26:
• Youth (9-11) Pas de Deux not allowed.
• Student (12-14) Pas de Deux not allowed.
• Junior (15-17)
• Senior (18-26)
Competing age is as of January 1, 2025.
Dancers must choose their classical variations and Pas de Deux only from the Repertoire: www.vkibc.org/repertoire
Participants competing with a Pas de Deux can have a non-competing partner (who will not be scored). Partners in a Pas de Deux can be from different divisions. Scoring is done individually.

Contemporary: Dancers on demi-pointe or barefoot, Neo-Classical: Dancers on pointe. Piece has to be choreographed between 2016 and 2025.

• Solo Division II (14 – 17)
• Solo Division III (18 - 26)
• Duet Division
• Group (3 dancers or more, no age requirement)Competing age is as of January 1, 2025.

Length of pieces
• Solo: Maximum 3:30 minutes• Duet: Maximum 4:00 minutes
• Ensemble: Maximum 5:00 minutes

Participant or their legal representative declares having all necessary insurance to participate in the Valentina Kozlova International Ballet Competition. VKIBC cannot be held responsible for an emergency of any nature, including but not limited to medical or personal.

Participants must ensure they have cleared all dance and music rights before performing their contemporary pieces. VKIBC cannot be held responsible for any piece performed without the proper clearances.

During the Competition: Dancer or his/her legal representative grants VKIBC the perpetual and irrevocable right to use his/her name, photographs or video footage in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restrictions for editorial, advertising, trade promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose.
